Kyle Komarynsky is an associate at Jensen Law.
He has practiced exclusively in criminal law since completing his articles and has represented clients on matters varying from simple assault to fraud to sexual assault to second degree murder. He defends clients at both the provincial and supreme court level including jury trial matters. Kyle has a keen eye for details and has utilized this skillset to achieve positive results for his clients both in and outside of trial scenarios.
He completed his legal studies at Thompson Rivers University in 2022 and was called to the bar in 2023. He has a JD from Thompson Rivers University, and a BA in Political Science from Grant MacEwan University, in Edmonton. Kyle is a board member of the Kamloops Bar Association and a proud committee member of the Association of Legal Aid Lawyers.
