Zac Webster has worked with experienced counsel on multiple trials resulting in acquittals, including a full acquittal on a second-degree murder file.
He has also conducted his own trials, won contested bail hearings and applications, and obtained favourable sentencing outcomes for his clients. Zac’s current practice focuses primarily on criminal law, but he also handles traffic violation tickets, access to information requests, and some civil law files. On the civil side, he has worked on lawsuits against the RCMP and government and has successfully argued for the dismissal of a Claimant’s Small Claims case.
During his articles with Jensen Law, Zac had the opportunity to accompany counsel on a circuit court that travels to remote communities in northern BC. This was a unique experience that provided him with a better understanding of how criminal conduct can be addressed in ways other than the traditional court system. Zac obtained his law degree from Thompson Rivers University in 2025 and was called to the bar in 2026. He completed his undergraduate studies at Simon Fraser University, earning a degree in criminology along with a certificate in legal studies.
