His Charter work includes striking down unconstitutional legislation, excluding tainted evidence, and having charges dropped for rights violations. Daniel has secured acquittals in cases involving murder, sexual assault, drug trafficking, firearms importation, and more, along with standout sentencing results. He’s also a force in the appellate courts, winning appeals on both conviction and sentence and assisting respondents and appellants alike.
Daniel has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, in both criminal and civil cases. He has over 10 years experience representing clients in court and at administrative tribunals, at trial and on appeal. He works very hard for his clients to achieve realistic and sometimes outstanding and unusual results. Daniel is sought out as a highly skilled and effective lawyer and his practice spans all of British Columbia and on occasion Alberta.
